Blitch Shuman, NP received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Brigham Young University-Idaho, and a Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner from Brigham Young University. He is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in Urgent Care. He speaks English and Spanish.

Blitch believes that providing personalized medical care is his calling in life. From a young age, he dreamed of becoming a skilled and knowledgeable expert on the functions and ailments of the human body. He believes that personal connection and a trusting relationship with his patients is key to optimal patient outcomes. Blitch strives to help his patients improve and maintain the highest quality of life throughout the human experience. He also hopes to be an anchor they can rely on during vulnerable times of injury, disease, or unexpected tragedy. With years of experience as an Intensive Care Nurse, Operating Room Circulator, and a Hospital House Supervisor, he has extensive experience in 24-hour patient care and understands patient needs at every stage of life.

Blitch loves to spend his personal time with his wife, Hannah, and his twin daughter and son, London and Hanford Blitch Jr., who are the greatest joys of his life. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, scuba diving, family trips to coastal Alaska, riding dirt bikes, and off roading in Moab. He loves cars. During high school, he bought and restored a 1969 Firebird that he still drives today.
